                      First of all, thank you for joining me! As some of you know, getting fit, lean and "toned" is a long journey. There is simply no quick fix (or else the entire world would look like they walked off the cover of oxygen magazine) and there is definitely no magic pill. 

                      Getting the body you want takes hard work, dedication, visualization, planning and sweat! So, feel free to peruse my website and follow me along.

                      I've got my diet, workout routine, supplement list and progress pictures posted for you to take a look at. If you have any questions or comments please contact me, I love to hear what others have to say!

                      Drop to 150lbs by August 2010

                      Goal #2 - complete
                      Drop to 18% body fat by March 2011

                      Goal #3 - complete 
                      Become transformation of the week on bodybuilding.com by May 2011

                      Goal #4 - complete
                      Get professional fitness photos and start a portfolio by December 2011.

                      Goal #5 - complete

                      Gain 8-10lbs of lean muscle by September 2011. 

                      Goal #6- in progress
                      Cut back down to 18% BF, while maintaining the recent lean gains by February 2012.

                      Goal #7 - in progress
                      Compete in a, or several, fitness competitions by December 2012. 

                      Goal #8 - not started
                      Land a spot inside Oxygen, Muscle & Fitness Hers and/or Fitness RX magazine by December 2012
