So, in case you were wondering, I did not do progress pictures in October because I was not cutting at that point. I took October 'off' to go back up to maintenance to give my body a dieting break (see blog postings for details). As for November, so far I am down another 5lbs and feeling a bit leaner. It is subtle, but I see a difference...check it out!

Not a huge difference between this month and last. I have some set backs with vacation, and plus, I think my body is starting to slow down in the fat loss department. IT may be time to up my calories again for 4 weeks to "reset" my body, and then start cutting again.
